Skills, Knowledge, and training needed for project
The skills that were used to complete the project were excellent communication, computer skills, team work, goal sitting, and outstanding time management. The knowledge that was need to complete the project are as follows: understanding the meaning of SWOT and how to define the concepts, advertisement, understanding the managers roles, business terminology and the ability to work with cited information used to complete the project. The training need in order to complete the project was some form of business courses such as business writing, strategic management, and business leadership.
